• Private Organization was revised to describe a non-governmental legal entity whose existence was created by a filing with, or an act of, the Incorporating Agency or equivalent in its Jurisdiction of Incorporation.
• Incorporating Agency was revised to use more international wording, including formation rather than incorporation, and to acknowledge that businesses are generally registered rather than established with a filing.
