Ballot 200 – Amendment of Bylaws to add Code of Conduct

What the Code of Conduct covers

• Participants are expected to behave politely, kindly, courteously, respectfully, professionally, and reasonably.
• The Code prohibits threatening violence, discrimination, harassment, bullying, insulting remarks about intelligence or ability, intimidation, stalking, inappropriate touching, disruption of Forum events, spamming, trolling, flaming, baiting, and encouraging such conduct.
• Participants should promote the Code and help bring discussions back into compliance when violations are observed.
• Members are expected to take appropriate action if their representatives violate the Code, including warning, reprimanding, suspending, removing, or replacing the representative depending on severity.
• The Code includes moderation and reporting procedures involving the Chair, Vice Chair, Working Group Chairs, and Code Liaisons.
