• Acceptable verification methods listed in the ballot are:
  • QIIS or QGIS showing the relationship
  • Independent Confirmation from the Parent, Subsidiary, or Affiliate
  • A contract between the CA and the Parent, Subsidiary, or Affiliate, with the stated signer and authority conditions
  • A Verified Legal Opinion
  • A Verified Accountant Letter
  • A properly authenticated corporate resolution for a Subsidiary, with the stated certification and authority conditions
