DigiCert: Verizon mis-issued test certificates

This case addresses the mis-issuance of test certificates by Verizon, which were found to violate Baseline Requirements. Following the discovery, DigiCert worked with Verizon to revoke the problematic certificates, with 26 out of 28 being revoked successfully.
