SwissSign: Error in OrganisationIdentifier in signature/seal certificate

SwissSign AG identified an error in the OrganisationIdentifier of a signature/seal certificate during an internal review. The issue stemmed from an unusual format in the identifier, which included an unintended space. Following the detection, the compliance team promptly evaluated the situation, confirmed the misissuance, and revoked the affected certificate. The incident was documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders, and it was noted that SwissSign had already ceased issuing such certificates for non-Swiss entities prior to this report.
