Provide APIs and OAuth for Microsoft to automate their root store updates to CCADB

This case involves the development of APIs and OAuth for Microsoft to facilitate automated updates of their root store in the Common CA Database (CCADB). The project was initiated to streamline the process of pushing updates from Microsoft's Root Certificate Management Tool (RCMT) to the CCADB. The development work has been completed, and the integration is now in production. There were dependencies on the availability of Natasha's developer team, but these challenges have been resolved.
