NETLOCK underwent a Webroot audit in 2024, which revealed several findings related to asset inventory, backup procedures, crisis management, and supply chain evaluation. The audit identified that the asset inventory lacked essential details such as asset type and update history. Backup documentation was incomplete, and the crisis management plan had not been tested. Additionally, the supply chain evaluation process did not address cybersecurity requirements. NETLOCK has committed to remediating these issues by updating documentation and processes, with all action items completed by the specified deadlines.
