Krajowa Izba Rozliczeniowa S.A. (KIR) faced an incident where two intermediate certificates were incorrectly disclosed in the CCADB via a case instead of the proper dedicated link. The issue was identified through an email from Rob Stradling, and all affected certificates are now correctly disclosed. The root cause was a general operational procedure that did not specify the correct disclosure process, leading to the error. KIR has since updated its procedures and provided training to the WebPKI team to prevent future occurrences.
