Add Cybertrust Japan Root CA Cybertrust iTrust TLS RSA4096 Root CA 2025

This case is about adding the “Cybertrust iTrust TLS RSA4096 Root CA 2025” root for inclusion in Mozilla’s root store. The bug was created by Cybertrust Japan / JCSI with steps related to adding the root. In the CCADB, Mozilla staff noted that for case #3054 (and also for other root stores) the requester needs to indicate that they are requesting inclusion of the root under the Mozilla tab.
