Actalis: Failure to revoke certs within the BR required timeframe

Actalis faced challenges in revoking a significant number of certificates within the required timeframe set by the Baseline Requirements (BR). Initially, they aimed to revoke the majority within 30 days but ultimately completed the process by the end of July, a month later than planned. The delay was attributed to the complexity of customer communications and the operational challenges posed by the large volume of certificates involved. Actalis has since implemented several internal changes to improve their incident management and communication processes.
