Add Telekom Security Root Certificates

Deutsche Telekom Security GmbH requested the inclusion of new root certificates, including the Telekom Security SMIME ECC Root 2021 and TLS ECC Root 2020. The request faced initial challenges with RSA roots due to upload issues in the CCADB. However, after generating new RSA roots using a different algorithm and completing the necessary audit attestations, the request was approved. The integration of the new TLS Root CAs has been successfully tested.

2. 2024-01-10 Request approved by Mozilla.
3. 2024-02-16 Successful testing of new TLS Root CAs.
