Add AC Camerfirma CA EV root certificate (Spain)

AC Camerfirma, S.A., a Spanish CA, opened this bug to request inclusion in the Mozilla root store for EV certificate issuing. The CA stated that it recently obtained the WebTrust for EV certificate and wanted to be added as a CA for EV certificate issuing. Kathleen Wilson pointed the CA to Mozilla’s instructions for the CA root program. During review, Kathleen asked whether the CA was looking to EV-enable roots described in bug 406968 and requested pointers to the CP/CPS documentation describing the EV procedures that were audited, along with links to the current WebTrust CA and WebTrust EV audits. Ramiro confirmed that the EV request would be added to bug 406968. The bug was then closed as a duplicate of bug 406968.
